These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Taxza marketing website at taxza.pk, operated by RASCODEX (“RASCODEX”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Taxza application itself is governed by the separate agreement presented when you create an account.

1. About Taxza

Taxza is an all-in-one CRM, ERP, accounting and practice-management platform for tax consultants, accounting firms, tax agencies and corporate service providers. It is developed and maintained by RASCODEX. This website provides information about the product, lets you contact our team, and links you to trial signup.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code, scraping it in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems, or using it to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The Taxza name, logo, the content on this website and the software are owned by RASCODEX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the content for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use our branding without our prior written permission.

4. Accuracy of information

We publish the information on this site in good faith and keep it as accurate as we reasonably can, but it may change without notice. Product features and plan details are described as they exist at the time of writing and may evolve. Pricing shown on the pricing page is indicative and may be updated; the price and terms that apply are those confirmed to you at sign-up.

5. Trials and the product

Contacting our team or starting a free trial does not by itself create a binding subscription. Access to the Taxza application, any free-trial period, and paid plans are subject to the product agreement and the plan details presented when you subscribe.

This website may link to third-party sites and services (for example social networks or our parent site). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RASCODEX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
